Heidi's Gluten Free Store Locations

Heidi creates healthy, delicious, fresh-baked gluten-free products using the freshest organic, local ingredients available. All of her products are moist, natural and most importantly, they taste great! We’re sure you’ll soon become one of the many people who say “Wow! You wouldn’t know it’s gluten-free!”

We do not use wheat, barley, rye, durum, bulgur, kamut, semolina, spelt, triticale or ANY other grains, flours or ingredients not allowed on a gluten-free diet as indicated by the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) and the Celiac Sprue Association (CSA/USA). We personally verify that all our manufacturers and suppliers are providing us with gluten-free ingredients that are not cross contaminated. However, we cannot guarantee any ingredients provided by these suppliers. We sell wholesale to stores so please check the ‘baked-on’ dates on all our products to ensure you receive the freshest baked product. We cannot be responsible for any bread sold after the third day from this date. Please talk to your store if you realize this is occurring. Furthermore, we make no health claims and suggest you consult with a physician/nutritionist concerning food intolerances, as well as other health issues.
